 You’re right – buying a home is a HUGE deal.
This is true for every first-time homebuyer. It will be the biggest financial decision of your life. You don’t want to take this lightly.

You are right to want your home buying experience to be understandable and also to be able to make wise decisions from the preliminary search all the way through to the closing table.

My job is to expertly guide you so the entire process will be as smooth and stress free as possible. Approximately 95% of my buying clients are first-time homebuyers just like you. Since 2013, I have helped over 200 happy clients in the Middle GA area with over 20 million dollars sold in the Macon area.

We will discuss your needs and wants, my process, and your financial plan and make sure you are well on your way to begin the home search or to map out a plan to get you ready.
If we are a good fit, we will move on to the home search step.

2) Strategic Home Search
We will begin looking at the areas you are interested in while keeping a close eye on your chosen budget range to narrow down potential properties and this is when the real fun will begin.

3) Final Steps
I will set appointments, set you up for automated searches based on your needs and wants, and work with you patiently to find the home of your dreams and assist you through the entire process.
