CIPS: International Real Estate for Local Markets
This course, brought to by the
Certified
International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network, is an analysis of the international real estate
business environment, including capital flow, currencies, government
regulations, and cultures. The practical aspects of international brokerage,
networking, marketing and selling are discussed.
The International Real Estate for Local Markets is the two-day prerequisite introductory course to the CIPS international real estate courses. It also meets the elective course requirement for the ABR® Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). A copy of the course completion certificate is required to receive credit towards your ABR® designation.
