Even though everyone is unique, it’s easy to see that humans share many overlapping values and experiences. Sometimes it just takes a little more effort to see things from another perspective, although there are many good reasons to do so.

First, it makes good business sense. By improving your ability to connect and work with more types of people, you’ll undoubtedly pick up a few more clients.

It’s also the right thing to do, both ethically, and in terms of avoiding even the appearance of engaging in discriminatory behavior which may violate national and/or local laws.
