In 1994 he was appointed Executive Vice President and General Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage responsible for 370 company owned offices nation-wide and its 16,000 sales associates and employees.
Later he joined Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as Executive Vice President responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans and products, as well as the overall responsibility for the delivery of services to the network of 1200 franchise offices.
His significant experience and record of success logically led to the founding of Leadership Dynamics Resources, Inc., a consulting and resources firm, focusing on advanced leadership development and quality service delivery. His clear grasp of business issues, insights, practical solutions, and great sense of humor make him a highly recognized and popular business leader.
