Todd Beckstrom is an industry veteran who works with ERA Wilder Realty in Columbia, South Carolina. Todd has always been in "the people helping business". Growing up in South Carolina, he graduated from The Citadel where he honed his leadership skills, learned the value of team work and service to others. Over his career, he has worked in sales and marketing for industry giants like Ralph Lauren, Godiva, and Tag Heuer.
Todd was drawn into the real estate industry in the 90s as an investor, was quickly hooked and never looked back. He took his knowledge of marketing and understanding his customers’ goals from his previous career to create a different real estate experience for his buyers and sellers. His innovative and original marketing, tools, and scripts, along with dedicated prospecting made him a top producer very quickly. He loves to share his expertise and co-wrote the interactive program "Working with Buyers" for ERA that has trained over 40,000 agents. He consulted on re-writing the "Top Gun" training program and was chosen from Realogy's 320,000 agents as one of 25 to contribute to the book "Ten Traits for Top Performers."
A true innovator, he is always looking for better ways to serve his clients, the real estate industry and local charities. He and his wife Kathy, have fostered more than 165 puppies on their way to their "furever homes" and he is past chairman of Columbia's largest animal rescue organization, Pawmetto Lifeline.
