Formed through a merger of local boards in 1997, the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR) is the largest local association of REALTORS® in New Jersey.

NCJAR was established to create a positive experience for members through a passionate commitment towards education, cost-effective member services and programs, fellowship, professionalism and adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. The association has two full-service office centers, each of which help to disseminate member services and communications to a membership of over 6,000 across five counties.

A REBAC course provider since 2005, NCJAR offers numerous educational programs and services designed to help members prosper both intellectually and financially and can credit itself with an informed, professional, and cohesive membership.

NCJAR also carries the honor of being a leading source for local real estate information, acting as a course provider to seven boards across the state and negotiating with instructors to maintain buyer representation course attendance in a changing market.
