Use of the ABR® logo is limited only to those REBAC members who have earned these designations and are members in good standing with REBAC and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Use of the logo without 1) being awarded the ABR® designation; and 2) NOT maintaining membership in both NAR and REBAC is a trademark infringement and a violation of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, Article 12.
